Day Programs

Are you curious to explore in the outdoors and discover something you love in nature? Do you desire to live a life where you are excited and inspired? Are you interested in discovering you true potential and all the talents you have to offer yourself and the world? Do you want to make new awesome friends?

My desire is to create experiences in the outdoors where you feel safe, learn fun skills to connect in nature and discover your awesomeness. I offer half or full day individual, sibling and group sessions. The adventure therapy sessions provide people with the skills and knowledge of how to improve their wellness through connection to nature and self.

School Holiday Programs - Term 1

Day Camp - come explore the Nepean river by kayaking, make new friends, learn bush survival skills and have loads of fun. Discount for multiple or sibling bookings.

Date: 17th April 2024 9am-3pm

Location: Nepean River - Castlereagh

Ages: 8-17

Transport to and from home can be provided

Cost: $380 pp includes kayak, life jacket, safety equipment, food, and experienced facilitators. 50% discount for sibling bookings.

Day program - 2 days

This Program is funded by the Office for Regional Youth, NSW Government. Partnered with PCYC Lithgow. Available for young people living in the Lithgow LGA. There is no cost to the participant, transport, equipment, qualified/experienced guides and food are provided each program day.

Date: 23rd & 24th April 9am-3:30pm

Location: Lithgow LGA - 7 Hoskins Ave, Lithgow NSW 2790 PCYC Lithgow

Ages: 8-17

Cost: Free $0 - generously funded by The Office for Regional Youth NSW.

Who is this for?

Children and young people 8-17 and Adults 18+ who experience

  • Disabilities (mild to moderate)

  • Mental Health - Stress, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, or a hurtful painful past

  • Social or life skill challenges

What is Bush Adventure Therapy?

Adventure therapy sessions include:

  • a door to door service with transport (1:1) - from home, school or work

  • all equipment - I provide everything you will need to feel safe and cared for on all adventures

  • catering - nutritious snacks and meals provided

  • qualified facilitators - I mentor and support you along your journey to self-discovery

  • micro moments of wellness tools weaved throughout the day

Here's a taste of some options available. Our main focus is to provide you with an experience that is fun, safe & exploring wellbeing, so whatever that looks like for you will be how we run the session. Full list of what is on offer:
