Retreat to rest, rejuvenate, restore, and realign mind, body & soul

Are you a carer who needs some time away to nourish and rejuvenate yourself?

Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or at a loss of how to support yourself or the person you care for?

This retreat package is for carers who are looking after a family member, child, partner, friend or someone in your life. We have created a package that nourishes the mind, body and soul from the inside out. Upon arrival at the retreat accommodation, you will be welcomed by one of our team members and shown your room. We will then show you around the venue, situated in locations immersed in nature. Each day will include calming activities in nature, sessions to restore well-being and education on how to transfer these skills into each day. Throughout the retreat, you will be supported and guided by our compassionate and experienced team. Providing you opportunities to have time alone to reflect and time to be with others. All your meals are provided and are plant-based to nourish the body. Each activity during the retreat is designed intentionally to experience more joy, relaxation, rejuvenation and fun.

You will get:

Drink on arrival

2 night or 4 nights accommodation (2 packages available)

Classes of the following:

o   yoga and movement

o   meditation & mindfulness

o   breathing exercises

All meals included - plant-based

o   breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and herbal drinks

Nature activity each day - can include some of the following

o   bushwalking

o   swimming

o   campfires

o   reflection and journalling

o   bush craft

Learning and playing with consciousness, body/mind functioning, mindset, self-discovery, strategies for self-care and how to integrate into each day following the retreat.

This retreat package is for carers who are: individuals, couples, friends, family members, and colleagues. No experience is required. You will have time and space to be on your own and opportunities to connect with others. Combining rest and restoration with play and fun.
